GET AN ORDER FORM

SUCCESSIVE STAGES OF ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND PROCESSING:

I. PLACING AN ORDER – Please send orders attached to your e-mail to our main e-mail address: biuro@partnerwreklamie.pl (in case you place an order for the first time) or to the e-mail address of a particular consultant (in case you have already co-operated with our company).

Please give us data to be included in invoices (Address, Tax Identification No., etc.) and your shipment address (if different from above).

In case ordered products include graphics, please send your designs to our FTP server (if you already have your login and password) or include a request for data necessary to enter the server in your order.


II. ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CONFIRMATION – After the receipt of an order, our Consultant will send you an order confirmation by e-mail including the expected order processing time.

Usually, the Consultant also sends a pro-forma invoice on the basis of which you are requested to make an advance payment (cash on delivery paid to a courier also possible).

The order processing time is calculated from the date of order confirmation by the Consultant, usually right after you send your order by e-mail and download the design to our FTP server.

III. SHIPMENT – After the product is finished, it is wrapped and shipped by Courier Service (or is ready to be collected, if such was the arrangement).

On the same day you will receive an e-mail to inform you about the shipment and specify the bill of lading number and details of the Courier Company.
